Responding To Climate Change

Climate change is a significant and lasting change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. It may be a change in average weather conditions, or in the distribution of weather around the average conditions (i.e., more or fewer extreme weather events).Most climate scientists agree the main cause of the current global warming trend is human expansion of the "greenhouse effect  warming that results when the atmosphere traps heat radiating from Earth toward space.
The world has been suffering more droughts in recent decades, and climate change  well bring many more. The earth’s climate is influenced and changed through natural causes like volcanic eruption’s, ocean current, the earth’s   orbital changes and solar variations. The greenhouse effect is a natural mechanism that retains the heat emitted from the earth’s surface. It is caused by a range of different gases in the earth’s atmosphere. The consequences is that the greenhouse effect  is becoming stronger and therefore the earth is becoming warmer. And there were evidences that the warming of the earth has been caused largely by human activity such as burning and changes in land use including agriculture and deforestation.
