Essence Of Christmas

At  Christmas, we must pray for peace in our homes, in the country and in the world at large. We need peace like never before. Our family values have come under heavy attack in recent times, owing to the lack-lustre social economic situation in the land. Many fathers and husbands these days can hardly meet up with their responsibilities; otherwise happy homes are crumbling and children are becoming rebellious. The society also is not better off. There is unemployment and insecurity in the land. The air is filled with so much uncertainty.                     

                The spirit behind Christmas is that of giving and sharing. In the Bible, we learn of how the wise men, on learning about the newborn child, came calling with gifts of gold, incense and myrrh. We should also be like these who understood the virtue in giving. It is through giving that we receive. Sometimes, the gains may not be natural but spiritual.

Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities

  We have all rights and we must know it because it is a very important thing in our life. We must not negleck the opportunity that comes in our life. If  you know your rights, you will  nt be cheated by anyone and don't let it happen to you.
                      We must be equal to others because we are all equal in the eye of GOD. No one must be cheated and everyone must have an opportunity because we are all  equal.

Responding To Climate Change

Climate change is a significant and lasting change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. It may be a change in average weather conditions, or in the distribution of weather around the average conditions (i.e., more or fewer extreme weather events).Most climate scientists agree the main cause of the current global warming trend is human expansion of the "greenhouse effect  warming that results when the atmosphere traps heat radiating from Earth toward space.
The world has been suffering more droughts in recent decades, and climate change  well bring many more. The earth’s climate is influenced and changed through natural causes like volcanic eruption’s, ocean current, the earth’s   orbital changes and solar variations. The greenhouse effect is a natural mechanism that retains the heat emitted from the earth’s surface. It is caused by a range of different gases in the earth’s atmosphere. The consequences is that the greenhouse effect  is becoming stronger and therefore the earth is becoming warmer. And there were evidences that the warming of the earth has been caused largely by human activity such as burning and changes in land use including agriculture and deforestation.

MODER HERO

                 What comes in to your mind when you hear the word MODERN HERO? Who is your MODERN HERO?

                 A modern hero to me is the one who helping one another..All of us have a modern hero we have a different hero but my hero is my parents.My parents is my hero because they helping me in my problems.What ever I do they support me.They give me Education for my future. Nothing can replace them because they are the one who loves me,take care for me,they forgive my sins even I am lazy..

                We must love our modern hero because they give us importance . . . . . . . . .

Filipino Language

Language is always tied up to one's culture and, of course, his identity. However, the Filipinos cannot even speak anymore of cultural identity, with some social scientists even talking of a "damaged culture". As a people, the Filipinos have extensively adapted and substantially adopted the Western culture. Racially speaking, their features do not differ from the rest of the Southeast Asians such as the Myanmarese, Kampucheans, Vietnamese, Malaysians and Indonesians. Maybe, in todays world and in the future, it is only language that may make the Filipinos distinct from their neighboring Southeast Asians. Even if English is becoming to be the world's dominant language, it is still necessary for the Filipinos to speak their national language or their regional language. After all, it is the only language that can really, in essence, capture the feelings and sentiments of the people, and can represent their true spirit as Filipinos. Also, language can help promote unity within the country and develop a sense of belongingness. Chinese and Japanese display their strength and unity through speaking their own national language and they are more progressive compared to the Filipinos.

Every President derrived his/her SONA yearly to say his/her accomplishments in our country and what he/she have done.President noynoy aquino derived his Sona on july 23 2012.He declared his anti corruption programs,and anti poverty program.I hope all of this will be true.

Proper nutrition and its maintenance had been one of the most intriguing focuses in the world today. The determining factor in the total health of an individual seems to be a thing that is very hard to catch and get that even the most advance machineries cannot offer any help. It is, indeed, even separating itself from people, whom are which hypnotized by the hex of technos and gizmos. Thus, people nowadays are attacked by illnesses and diseases, most of which leading to the extinction of life, the abolition of existence in the world.

Good nutritional status is noted when man benefits from a well-balanced dietary intake, manifested in a normal organ development and function, normal reproduction, growth and maintenance, optimum activity and working efficiency, resistance to infection and ability to repair bodily damage or injury. Thus, a well-balanced diet, daily exercise, and practice of discipline reveals the necessary things one must have to attain good nutrition.
